We wish to announce that VS-C1E has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 18 May 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:

= Number of VS-C1E x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)

The Closing Price of RM0.2090 was determined based on the average closing price of the VS Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised VS-C1E will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to VS-C1E shall terminate absolutely.
