We refer to the announcement dated 8 May 2026 in relation to the Company's non-compliance with the Public Spread Requirement. The Board of Directors of CEPCO wishes to announce that the Company had, on 18 May 2026, submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking an extension of time to comply with the Public Spread Requirement. The Company will make the requisite announcement on the status of its compliance with the Public Spread Requirement in due course. This announcement is dated 18 May 2026.
