Reference is made to the previous announcements dated 9 June 2025, 26 June 2025, 7 August 2025, 21 January 2026 and 23 February 2026 in respect of Kuala Lumpur High Court Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC-289-05/2025 ("OS 289").

As previously announced, on 16 February 2026, LKY filed an appeal against the High Court's decision in OS 289 against TYP, KKM and the Company ("the Respondents") under Civil Appeal No. W-02(NCC)(A)-318-02/2026 ("Appeal 318").

On 13 May 2026, the Respondents filed an application for leave to adduce further evidence, i.e. the decision and the relevant cause papers in Kuala Lumpur High Court Companies Winding Up Petition No. WA-28NCC-566-05/2025 ("Further Evidence Motion").

The Company wishes to announce that the Further Evidence Motion is now fixed for hearing before the Court of Appeal on 11 November 2026.

Further, the appeal proper in Appeal 318 is now fixed for hearing before the Court of Appeal on 1 April 2027.

At this juncture, the litigation is not expected to have any material financial or operational impact on the Company, save for the legal costs and expenses incurred in connection with this matter.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments in relation to the above.
