Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 23 October 2025 in relation to the Company's completion of the Regularisation Plan. On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 May 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the early upliftment of AMRB from its PN17 status pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(8) of the Listing Requirements.
