Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 13 April 2026 and 15 April 2026 in relation to the Company's  application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") pursuant to Rule 8.03A(5) to seek for waiver from complying with Rule 8.03A(3) of the AMLR ("the said Waiver Application").

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its Decision Letter dated 18 May 2026 REJECTED the said Waiver Application.

Relevant announcements on triggering of Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) and Paragraph 2.1(c) of Guidance Note 3 of the AMLR accordingly.
