Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements in relation to the Sukuk Programme on the dates as set out in the attachment ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that it had on 20 May 2026 issued Thirteenth (13th) issuance of Senior Sukuk under the Sukuk Programme with a nominal amount of RM550 million with a tenure of six (6) years from the date of issuance.

Proceeds from the issuance of the Senior Sukuk shall be utilised by the Company for financing disbursements to customers in the ordinary course of business of providing consumer financing based on Shariah principles, and refinancing of any existing loans/financing of the Company or any sukuk issued by the Company. All utilisation of proceeds under the Sukuk Wakalah Programme shall be Shariah-compliant.
