Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of OSKVI in the ordinary course of business during the financial quarter ended 31 March 2026 as set out below:

The loans provided to clients generate interest/profits which improve earnings and shareholders' funds of OSKVI Group.

Attached herewith the information prescribed under Rule 8.25(2)(e) of the ACE LR of Bursa Securities for the financial quarter ended 31 March 2026.
