The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Scanwolf Trading & Construction Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Scanwolf Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 21 May 2026 accepted the Work Order dated 10 April 2026 from Ipmuda Construction & Engineering Sdn. Bhd., in relation to the project known as "Merancang melalui kaedah secara serah balik dan pemberimilikan semula di bawah Seksyen 197 dan 76 Kanun Tanah Negara (KTN) bagi tujuan meroboh dan membina semula pembangunan di atas Lot 11204 Mukim Pekan Kajang, Daerah Hulu Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan."
