Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 28 February 2024, 23 May 2024, 22 August 2024, 21 November 2024, 28 February 2025, 23 May 2025, 19 August 2025, 20 November 2025 and 26 February 2026.

Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"):-

1. MOU entered into between Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn Bhd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and ISEC Sdn Bhd

The MOU had lapsed as the parties did not come into an agreement to extend the MOU. The lapse of the MOU would not have any financial impact to the Company.

2. MOU entered into between Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn Bhd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Perbadanan Nasional Berhad

There has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement. Any material and significant development will be announced accordingly.
