Mr. Huang Vui Bing holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering) and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom. He is a registered engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
He possesses more than 13 years of extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, with expertise spanning engineering design, project execution, and construction management. He commenced his professional career in structural analysis and design, where he was involved in reinforced concrete analysis, infrastructure design, and engineering modelling.
Over the years, he progressed into project engineering and quality assurance roles, undertaking responsibilities in site planning, technical coordination, project monitoring, and the implementation of QA/QC systems to ensure adherence to engineering standards and project specifications.
Mr. Huang is also highly experienced in the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of large-scale government infrastructure and construction projects. His core competencies include project scheduling, cost management, stakeholder engagement, contract administration, and ensuring full compliance with engineering, safety, and regulatory requirements. |
