Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 25 November 2024, 27 February 2025, 29 May 2025, 4 September 2025, 24 November 2025 and 24 February 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between AppAsia International Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU.
