The Board of Directors ("Board") of Zetrix AI Berhad (formerly known as MY E.G. Services Berhad) ("Zetrix AI" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 May 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Shenzhen Data Exchange Co. Ltd. ("SZDEX") with the intention to jointly establish a platform to secure the monetisation of data as a strategic asset class in ASEAN and enable the orderly movement of data products between the region and China ("Proposed Collaboration").
