THBEV holds 100% voting shares in International Beverage Holdings Limited, which in turn holds 100% voting shares in InterBev Investment Limited ("IBIL").
IBIL holds 69.67% voting shares (excluding treasury shares) in Fraser and Neave, Limited ("FNL").
FNL holds 203,470,910 ordinary shares (which represents 55.47% of the voting shares) in Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd ("FNHB").
On 22 May 2026, Siriwanan transferred its 20.60% voting shares in THBEV to Siriwana Co., Ltd. Following the transfer, Siriwanan ceased to hold any interest in THBEV and accordingly ceased to have a deemed interest in FNHB pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016. |
