The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Notion International (M) Sdn Bhd ("NISB" or "the Vendor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 25 May 2026 entered into a sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with Heptagon Photonics Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("HPM" or "the Purchaser") for the disposal of one plot of vacant freehold industrial land held under Geran 587913, No. Lot 169181, Mukim Pulai, Daerah Johor Bahru, Negeri Johor, Malaysia ("the Land") for a total sale consideration of RM27,316,800.00 only, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the SPA ("Proposed Disposal").

NISB has agreed to sell and HPM has agreed to purchase the Land on an "as is where is" basis with vacant possession and free from all encumbrances for the Disposal Price upon the terms and conditions of the SPA and subject to all conditions and category of land use expressed or implied upon relating to or affecting the Land.
