The Board of Directors of Dominant Enterprise Berhad ("DOMINAN") is pleased to announce that DOMINAN has proposed a Single Tier Final Dividend of 1.0 sen per share in respect of the financial year 

ended 31 March 2026. The proposed final dividend will be subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 34th Annual General Meeting of DOMINAN. 

The entitlement and payment dates of the final dividend will be announced at a later date.
