1. MOU dated 13 June 2023 between AGMO and Alibaba Cloud (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 27 February 2026.
2. MOU dated 12 June 2024 between Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd. ("Agmo Studio"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and SNS Network (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of SNS Network Technology Berhad
- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 27 February 2026.
3. MOU dated 20 October 2024 between Agmo Studio and YYC GST Consultants Sdn. Bhd.
- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 29 April 2026.
4. MOU dated 29 November 2024 between Agmo Studio and MaiStorage Technology Sdn. Bhd.
- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 27 February 2026.
5. MOU dated 29 April 2026 between Agmo Studio and Verity Intelligence Sdn. Bhd.
- There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 29 April 2026.
