DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT SCHEME THAT PROVIDES THE SHAREHOLDERS OF UOA DEVELOPMENT THE OPTION TO ELECT TO REINVEST THEIR CASH DIVIDEND IN NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN UOA DEVELOPMENT ("DRS")

On 25 February 2026, the Board of Directors of UOA Development ("Board") declared a final single tier dividend of 10 sen per ordinary share in the Company ("Share(s)") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025 ("Final Dividend"). The Board had also determined that the DRS shall apply to the entire Final Dividend. In regards with above, the shareholders of UOA Development have at the Company's Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting held on 26 May 2026 approved the Final Dividend.

 

In line with the above, on behalf of the Board, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that it had on 28 May 2026, applied to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") to seek its approval for the listing of and quotation for the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Final Dividend on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
