Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 23 January 2026, 27 February 2026, 3 March 2026, 16 April 2026, and 17 April 2026 in relation to the Company's non-compliance with the PSS requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities and the announcement dated 15 May 2026 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement of up to 20% of the issued shares of AJB.

Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those previously defined.

The Company's PSS was 19.95% as at the date of this announcement.

The Company will make the necessary announcement in relation to the status of the Proposed Private Placement in due course.
