Reference is made to Northern Solar Holdings Berhad ("Northern" or the "Company") announcement dated 3 March 2026 in relation to Northern Solar Sdn. Bhd. ("NSSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company accepting the Letter of Award in relation to Plot-B construction works with a contract price of RM47,525,006.75 ("the Project"), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that NSSB and the contractor had on 28 May 2026 entered into a Subcontract Agreement for the Project.
