Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) and Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by the sub-subsidiary of the Company, MOV Capital Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Titiwangsa Capital Sdn Bhd), a money lending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business as at 31 March 2026.

The financial assistance provided does not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of MMAG and its subsidiaries for the financial period ended 31 March 2026.
