Pursuant to Rule 8.25(2)(e) and Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Sersol wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Happy Capital Sdn. Bhd. (HCSB), a money lending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 as set out below:

The provision of financial assistance as set out above have no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of Sersol Group for the period ended 31 March 2026.
