The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to enclose herewith the unaudited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively the "Group")  for the year ended 31 March 2026, together with the comparative figures for the year ended 31 March 2025, for public information. The Chinese language version of the unaudited consolidated results of the Group is also set out in the attachment.

 

This announcement is dated 28 May 2026.

 

Remarks:

(1) This overseas regulatory announcement is issued pursuant to paragraph 4A.11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

(2) The Annual Report 2025/26 that includes the full audited consolidated results of the Group will be despatched to the shareholders in July 2026.
