- PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), the Board of Directors of NEXG wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by MMR Capital Sdn Bhd ("MMRC"), a wholly owned subsidiary of NEXG Asset Sdn Bhd which in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, a moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of business for fourth quarter ended 31 March 2026 as set out below:-
