Reference is made to the earlier announcement on the quarterly report on consolidated results for the financial period ended 31 January 2026 released to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 19 March 2026.
Amendments are made to the following line items in Note 23 on "Status of Corporate Proposals and Utilisation of Proceeds" of the quarterly report for the financial period ended 31 January 2026:
1. The actual utilisation of proceeds for general corporate purposes for YHB's offshore production business as at 31 January 2026 should read as USD83,986 (MYR329,746) instead of USD273,986 (MYR1,075,724).
2. The unutilised amount of proceeds for general corporate purposes for YHB's offshore production business as at 31 January 2026 should read as USD700,514 (MYR2,750,358) instead of USD510,514 (MYR 2,004,380).
3. The subtotal of actual utilisation of proceeds for YHB's offshore production business as at 31 January 2026 should read as USD94,065 (MYR369,318) instead of USD284,065 (MYR1,115,296).
4. The subtotal of unutilised amount of proceeds for YHB's offshore production business as at 31 January 2026 should read as USD705,935 (MYR2,771,642) instead of USD515,935 (MYR 2,025,664).
5. The total actual utilisation of proceeds as at 31 January 2026 should read as USD276,865 (MYR1,087,027) instead of USD466,865 (MYR1,833,005).
6. The total unutilised amount of proceeds as at 31 January 2026 should read as USD723,135 (MYR2,839,173) instead of USD533,135 (MYR 2,093,195).

The above-mentioned amendments have no impact on the consolidated results, financial position and cash flows of the Company as previously announced on 19 March 2026. |
