IJM Properties Sdn Bhd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 29 May 2026 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Coupang Sdn Bhd, the asset-holding company of Econsave Cash & Carry Sdn Bhd Group, for the disposal of a piece of land together with a single-storey building with mezzanine floor, measuring about 9,518.4 square meters located in the District of Sandakan, Sabah, for a total cash consideration of RM47.5 million ("Proposed Disposal").
