Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 12 September 2024, 25 November 2024, 20 February 2025, 27 May 2025, 25 August 2025, 28 November 2025 and 27 February 2026 in relation to the MOU entered between MNPTSB and FESB ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of MNHB wished to announce that there has been no material development pertaining to the MOU entered into by MNPTSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with FESB.
