Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 January 2026, 27 February 2026, 31 March 2026, 1 April 2026, 30 April 2026 and 4 May 2026 in relation to the delay in the issuance of the annual report for the financial period ended 30 September 2025.

The Board of Directors of MLABS wishes to announce that the Company has yet to issue its Annual Report 2025, which includes the audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports for the financial period ended 30 September 2025.

The delay remains due to the audit being subject to clearance and further review procedures. 

The Company has provided the requested information and supporting documents and is currently pending clearance or further review procedures.

The Company will continue to work closely with the external auditors towards the finalisation of the audit.

For information, the trading in MLABS securities has been suspended with effect since 10 February 2026 pending the submission of the Annual Report 2025.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on the progress of the above matter in due course.
