We refer to the announcement dated 27 February 2026, in relation to the MOU between Ecogreen Monomer Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly Known As Zhen Xing Plastic Sdn. Bhd.) and Sumitomo Corporation Asia & Oceania Pte. Ltd. together with Sumima Sdn. Bhd. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement made on 27 February 2026. 

The Company will make the appropriate announcement if there is any material development.
