Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 28 May 2026 in relation to the delay in the release of the unaudited quarterly report for the period ended 31 March 2026 ("Quarterly Report").

 

The Board of Directors of ITRONIC wishes to announce that the Company has on 29 May 2026 released its Quarterly Report to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad within the prescribed timeframe under Paragraph 9.22(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements.

 

Accordingly, the matter disclosed in the earlier announcement is considered resolved.
