The Board of Directors ("the Board") of MMSC wishes to announce that the Company had on 3 June 2026 entered into a Strategic Partnership Agreement ("the Agreement") with Hong Kong Cospower Technology Co., Ltd. ("HKCT") for the purpose of establishing a coordinated, exclusive and long-term strategic partnership for the joint identification, development, pursuit, negotiation and execution of Battery Energy Storage Systems ("BESS") projects within Malaysia ("Partnership").
