Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 4 May 2026. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcement.

The Board of Directors of ITRONIC wishes to announce that the Company is still in the midst of formulating a Regularisation Plan to address its financial condition and the Company shall make the necessary announcement in relation to the development on the above matter.

The Company has approximately eleven (11) months to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
