| Working experience and occupation | Mr Tan Boon Leng has over 30 years of experience in the industrial concrete products industry. He began his career with Southern Pipe Industry (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in 1988 before joining ICP Marketing Sdn Bhd in 1991 as a Sales Engineer. Over the years, he held various senior positions in sales, marketing, and operations, including Senior Sales Manager, General Manager (Marketing), General Manager (Operations), Senior General Manager (Operations), and subsequently, Chief Operating Officer of Industrial Concrete Products Sdn Bhd ("ICP"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad.
In August 2018, he was appointed as Managing Director of ICP, where he was responsible for overseeing the operations of the Industry Division until his retirement in December 2022. His extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience have contributed significantly to the group's operational growth and development. |
