Ms Yeoh Pei Yen is an Executive Director of the YTL Cement Group, where she has been instrumental in strengthening the Group's position as a leader in building materials, and ESG within the construction industry.  She plays a key role in driving strategic, stakeholder engagement and creating platforms for industry dialogue, knowledge-sharing and collaboration on sustainable construction practices.

Ms Yeoh founded BUILDS, the CSR arm of the YTL Cement Group which focuses on community development, environmental initiatives and educations.  Under her leadership, BUILDS has undertaken numerous impactful programs benefiting local communities and advancing critical environmental awareness.

Among the Group's notable initiatives is the Penyu Shell-Ter Project which raised more than RM1.2 million for the turtle conservation efforts in Malayia whilst also supporting and showcasing in Malaysia artists.  The project reflects her commitment towards creating meaningful collaboration that amalgamate environmental conservation, communty engagement and the arts.

Ms Yeoh Pei Yen is the daughter of Dato' Sri Yeoh Sock Siong, niece of Tan Sri (Sir) Yeoh Sock Ping and Dato' Yeoh Seok Kian, and cousin to Mr Yeoh Keong Junn and Mr Yeoh Keong Yuan, all of whom are the Non-Independent Executive Directors of the Company.

Ms Yeoh Pei Yen is also the grandchildren of Puan Sri Datin Seri Tan Kai Yong @ Tan Kay Neong, who is a major shareholder of the Company.
