Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 November 2025, 1 December 2025, 2 January 2026, 3 February 2026, 2 March 2026, 1 April 2026, 4 May 2026 and 15 May 2026. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) had, on behalf of the Company, on 15 May 2026 submitted an application for an extension of time to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.

The Company shall make the necessary announcement in relation to the development on the above matter.
