Based on the information published by the Companies Commission of Malaysia via its portal on 15 June 2026, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that Sanichi Glove Sdn Bhd ("SGSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Sanichi, has been struck-off from the register and dissolved following the publication of the notice of striking off pursuant to Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016 in the Gazette on 8 June 2026.

Accordingly, SGSB has ceased to be a subsidiary company of Sanichi.
