Reference is made to the announcements dated 28 April 2026, 30 April 2026, 18 May 2026, 21 May 2026 and 18 June 2026 ("Earlier Announcement") in relation to the Originating Summons (Ex Parte) filed by Omesti Holdings Berhad (the "Applicant"). The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that the Company had been notified by its solicitors on 19 June 2026 that the High Court has fixed further case management for the RO Application on 17 July 2026 pending the disposal of an application to intervene into the RO Application. The Company will make further announcement as and when there are material developments on the above matter. This announcement is dated 19 June 2026.
