The Board of Directors of Seacera (the "Board") wishes to announce that the Board has approved to extend the Company's ESOS which is expiring on 23 June 2026 for a further duration of five (5) years from 24 June 2026 up to 23 June 2031 in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws. The extension is not subject to any approval from the Company's shareholders, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and/or any other relevant authorities. Appropriate notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
