We refer to the announcements dated 6 March 2025, 5 May 2025, 12 December 2025, 16 December 2025, 31 December 2025, 20 January 2026, 29 January 2026, 31 March 2026, 6 April 2026, 7 April 2026, 14 May 2026 and 26 May 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.


On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that, Dato' Sri Lim had on 22 June 2026 submitted an application to the SC seeking its approval for an extension of time of up to 18 January 2027 for EURO to complete the implementation of the Acquisition and Rights Issue to which the Exemption 1 and Exemption 3 relate.
