Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in NGGB's circular to shareholders dated 26 February 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Circular").

 

Reference is made to the announcements dated 5 December 2025, 8 December 2025 and 20 May 2026 in relation to the Proposals as well as the Circular.

 

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Proposed Land Disposals were completed on 19 June 2026 following the full payment of the balance disposal consideration, being 90% of the Disposal Considerations, by Neuwhite to Ultimate Ivory on 19 June 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Conditional SPAs.
