References are made to the announcements dated 18 December 2025, 22 December 2025, 16 March 2026, 1 April 2026, 23 April 2026, and 4 May 2026 in relation to the Regularisation Plan ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 June 2026 received a notice dated 22 June 2026 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia confirming that all the requirements with respect to the Share Capital Reduction have been complied with as stated in the special resolution dated 23 April 2026 ("Notice").

Pursuant to Section 119(4) of the Act, the Notice shall be conclusive evidence that all the requirements of the Act with respect to the Share Capital Reduction have been complied with. Thus, the Share Capital Reduction shall take effect and be deemed completed on 22 June 2026. Accordingly, the Regularisation Plan has been completed on even date following the completion of the Share Capital Reduction.
