Magni-Tech Industries Berhad ("Magni" or "the Company") - Reason for Variation On the Rate of Dividend Declared Compared to Corresponding Period in Previous Financial Year

The Board of Directors of Magni is pleased to declare a Single Tier Fourth Interim Dividend of 2.0 Sen per ordinary share in respect of the current quarter of financial year ended 30 April 2026 ("Q4-FYR 2026") [Q4-FYR 2025: 3.0 Sen].

 

The rate of the declared interim dividend for the current Q4-FYR 2026 is lower by 1.0 Sen per ordinary share compared to Q4-FYR 2025 mainly due to lower profit attributable to shareholders of the Company during Q4-FYR 2026.
