We refer to the announcement made on 12 September 2025, 10 November 2025, 17 December 2025, 23 December 2025, 18 May 2026, 22 May 2026, 29 May 2026, 3 June 2026, 4 June 2026, 9 June 2026 and 12 June 2026 in relation to amongst others, the Acquisition ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 23 June 2026, resolved to approve the application for an extension of time of 4 months until 15 October 2026 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Acquisition and the issuance of the Consideration Shares.
