Further to the Company's announcement dated 12 June 2026 in relation to the Notice of Record Date for the Proposed Warrants Issue ("Record Date Announcement") by DFIL, the Board of Directors of AHB wishes to announce that DFIL has issued a clarification to its announcement on the Record Date Announcement.
