Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 11 March 2026 in relation to the proposed acquisition of a bunker vessel ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, all the defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed and the vessel has been successfully delivered on 20 June 2026.
