The Board of Directors of TFP wishes to announce that MBP Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("MBP"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 23 June 2026 entered into a Collaboration Agreement ("Agreement") with ASEAN Cooperatives Organisation ("ACO") to establish a strategic collaboration framework for the joint development, marketing, distribution, and commercialisation of an innovative AI Wellness Medical Card Programme, targeting ACO cooperative members and international markets, upon the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

(MBP and ACO shall hereinafter be referred to singularly as "the Party" and collectively as "the Parties").
