For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcements dated 4 May 2026 and 6 May 2026 relating to the Proposed Disposals (the "Announcement"), unless otherwise stated or defined herein.

 

The Company refers to the Announcements and is pleased to announce that on 23 June 2026, the Proposed Disposal of All-Link Philippines has been completed following the issuance of 1,447 ordinary shares in All-Link Singapore to AGX Singapore as settlement of the Disposal Consideration.
