Reference is made to the Company's Announcement dated 22 June 2026 in relation to the Letter of Award awarded by Puncak Concept Sdn. Bhd. to LFE Engineering Sdn. Bhd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of LFE ("the Contract"). 

The Board of Directors' of LFE wishes to inform that the Contract falls within the scope of Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPT") mandate approved by shareholders at the Company's 23rd Annual General Meeting held on 18 June 2026.

The Board wishes to clarify that the Company name "Puncakcity Concept Sdn. Bhd." disclosed in the RRPT Circular dated 30 April 2026 should be read as "Puncak Concept Sdn. Bhd.".
