We refer to the previous announcements and the explanatory statement/circular to shareholders dated 2 March 2026 ("Explanatory Statement/Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Explanatory Statement/Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the High Court, has on 24 June 2026, sanctioned and approved the Scheme of Arrangement pursuant to Section 366 of the Act in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation ("Court Order").

The extraction of the sealed copy of the Court Order will be made in due course. The Court Order will be effective upon lodgement of the office copy of the Court Order with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

An announcement on the entitlement date for the shareholders of KHJ in respect of the Proposed Internal Reorganisation will be made in due course.
