(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement dated 22 January 2026 in relation to the Proposals, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

 

Reference is made to the announcements dated 22 January 2026 and 25 February 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 24 June 2026 received a notice dated 24 June 2026 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia confirming that on 25 May 2026, all the requirements with respect to the reduction of share capital of the Company has been complied, as stated in the special resolution dated 2 April 2026 ("Notice").

 

Pursuant to Section 119(4) of the Act, the Notice shall be conclusive evidence that all the requirements of the Act with respect to the reduction of share capital have been complied with.

 

Accordingly, the Share Capital Reduction shall take effect on 24 June 2026 and is deemed completed.
