Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of M&G would like to announce that it had provided financial assistance to its subsidiary namely, M&G WHS Engineering Sdn Bhd ("M&G WHS"), an advance of RM200,000.00 ("Financial Assistance") in the fourth quarter of the financial period ended 30 April 2026.
 

The Financial Assistance provided was to facilitate the running of the operations and financial affairs of M&G WHS.
 

The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
